WGS PA is hosting a sponsored cycle ride/run/scoot/walk to raise funds for a covered bike and buggy shed at school. The starting point is the Coppernose Cafe opposite Hampton Court Palace and there are various distances along the Thames Path heading towards Kingston. Please refer to the route map for more information. Only participating children need to purchase a ticket, not their accompanying parent/guardian.

Terms and Conditions:
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket is grounds for seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.
Should a Participant have to cancel their place, all donations or sponsorship already paid to WGS PA are non-refundable.
Every Participant under the age of 18 must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian.
By purchasing a ticket for your child and accepting these terms and conditions you agree that you and your child(ren) are fit and able to participate in the event and you accept full responsibility for your child's/children's welfare throughout the event.
By purchasing a ticket for your child and accepting these terms and conditions you agree that WGS PA and Weston Green School are not liable for any injury, damage, loss or harm that occurs to a participant and/or their property during the event, except to the extent that such liability cannot be waived by law.
